In NM, you're going to have to get to know the wolf pack! So Taylor helped describe them all: "We've got Sam Uley, who leads the pack. We all follow him. He's the alpha. And then we've got Jared and Paul -- Jared is a funny guy, a real jokester -- and Bronson [Pelletier], who plays him, in real life is the same way, so he does that well. Paul is the hothead. He goes out with my girl, and I tear him to shreds. And then there's Kiowa [Gordon] who plays Embry -- he's my best friend."

Alex Meraz, who plays werewolf Paul in New Moon, thinks that NM will be a lot better than Twilight. "It's going to be way more awesome than Twilight," he dishes. "The way Chris Weitz is directing it and his interpretation of the book is a bit edgier, darker, more intense. How could it not be better? We've added werewolves and we still have vampires. Plus, you added me. That makes it that much hotter." Wowza!

Did you know that NM director Chris Weitz wanted to make sure that the rest of the wolf pack were authentic Native Americans? In fact, each member of the pack had to have papers proving their Native descent. Spencer is Lakota (Sioux), Pelletier is Cree-Metis, Meraz is Purepecha (Tarasco), Gordon is Hualapai, and Houseman, who was discovered at an open casting call, is Cree. Wowza!

Even though there weren't any werewolf sightings in the movie Twilight, that'll all change in NM as the wolf pack joins Jacob! Taylor said, "It's really cool to have the wolves here, so now I can't wait for the vampires come to set so then we got the vampires, we got the wolves, they're really cool guys we get along really well and they're working very hard so it's great to have them here."
