Our heart is official warmed after watching these two videos of superstar couple Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber separately making their fans' Christmas wishes come true. First up, Ryan Seacrest explains the story of a 13-year old girl named Hanna who's in the hospital with a life-threatening disease that makes her age 8 to 10 times faster than normal. Ryan's been helping the family out through his radio station's KISSMAS Giving, but when he found Hana was a huge fan of Selena Gomez, he called up Sel to see if she could help out.
