Justin's Bieber's manager, Scooter, gets charges dropped for mall disaster

Justin:CourtesyUniversal.jpgHey M Girls!

Phew -- you may recall back in November 2009, when Justin was supposed to visit the Roosevelt Mall in Long Island, NY and tons of fans came out and got a little out of control -- there was a stampede and even one fan being injured. There allegedly was a dispute between Justin's team and the cops since cops allege that Justin was tweeting about the event and having fans come out for it even when it was over-crowded, and when cops asked Scooter to cancel the event and have Justin tweet that it was canceled, cops say that Scooter didn't. Cops say that once a member of Justin's team was arrested, Justin tweeted that the event was canceled and that everyone should go home. Because of the incident, Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, was charged with "reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance."

According to E! News, the charges against Braun were dropped on Friday after "Justin agreed to make a public-service announcement for cyber responsibility and an anti-cyberbullying campaign and his record label, Island Def Jam, pleaded guilty to the violation and agreed to reimburse the county almost $8,000 to pay its share of the costs associated with the law enforcement and fire marshal response after the melee."

Happy to hear that the charges again Scooter got dropped!

So let's dish:
-What do you think about the situation? Are you looking forward to Justin's PSA? Are you happy the charges against Scooter were dropped?
