Today was a dream come true for One Direction -- the guys got the chance to perform their hit song, "What Makes You Beautiful" for 1 BILLION people at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics in London!
After they performed, Niall tweeted: "Omg that was unbelievable,highlight of our career, and the biggest audience we will ever play to 1 billion people! #ThankYouLondon2012" Wowza!
No worries -- you didn't miss your chance to watch! NBC will be airing the closing ceremony at 7pm ET so we can check out the epic performance for ourselves ;) Congrats boys -- we are SO proud!

Ashley Argota is always posting awesome covers of popular tunes, and they just keep getting better! Over the weekend, she hit the stage to perform Adele's big hit, "Someone Like You" -- and it sounded great!
Ash posted her performance on YouTube and wrote:
"Performed in Vegas last night at the KarTV awards with the incredibly talented Mollee Gray from So You Think You Can Dance! Amazing choreography by Tokyo. Last night's Idol results show was huge! Not only was Shannon Magrane voted off of the show, but Demi Lovato took the stage as a guest performer. Dem sang her upbeat single, "Give Your Heart A Break" and she sounded amazing -- we're sure she must be a big inspiration to the hopeful Idol contestants!

Can you imagine if one of your biggest idols covered your song during a concert? Well, that's what happened for Demi Lovato this past weekend when Kelly Clarkson covered her hit tune, "Skyscraper"! Dem has always looked up to Kelly -- they even performed together at last year's Jingleball in NYC. We think it's awesome that Kelly would choose to sing Demi's song!
