Hey M Girls!
After wrapping up her South American tour this weekend, Selena headed to NYC to spend some QT time with BF Justin -- the two were even spotted shopping at an H&M store and eating wings at a Hooter's restaurant. Fun! But, blogs were buzzing when Selena posted the below pic of a new "J" diamond ring to her Instagram and wrote, "I'm finally home." Check out the pic:

As for why Justin skipped the Grammy Awards (his song "Born to Be Somebody" was nominated for "Best Song Written for a Movie" but lost out to Mandy Moore's "I See the Light" from Tangled), sources say that he wanted to just relax and spend time with Sel. JB did tweet about the Grammy's though:
