My BFF and I were decorating gingerbread houses and drinking eggnog at my house one day and my BFF said 1D was playing a show in our town that weekend - and it was free! As soon she told me, eggnog flew out of my mouth right in her face! Then she told me she'd just made it up - that's what happens when you joke about free One Direction concerts!

My crush finally asked me out and I was so excited to finally have my first date! When I asked him where we were going, he just told me to wear lots of layers and bring a winter coat and gloves. I did what he said, and we ended up at a mountain where you can go snow tubing and skiing. I love tubing, especially when you're allowed to make chains with your friends! But we didn't head to the tubing hill, we went into the main building and that's when I found out we weren't tubing -- we were skiing. I've never actually been skiing before and I didn't want to make him go down the baby hills with me all night, so I figured I'd just see what happened once we got to the top of the mountain. Right after we got on the chairlift, I tried to adjust my boot -- but I fell off of the chairlift and landed in the snow!

This year, the family I babysit for asked if I wanted to join them for their family's annual Christmas party! When I got there, the mom volunteered to make me hot chocolate, so she went into the kitchen to make it, and I found the kids and their relatives in the living room. She handed me the mug of hot chocolate and before I knew what had happened, her five-year-old daughter jumped up to tell me something and hit the bottom of my hot chocolate mug! The hot chocolate went everywhere and got all over my clothes! I walked back into the kitchen and their older brother, who's a little younger than me, was like "you peed in your pants!" I spent the rest of the party with random brown patches on my new clothes and smelling like chocolate!

I agreed to go caroling with a group of my friends and their parents, but before I went, I realized I didn't know the verses to a lot of my favorite songs. Sometimes I accidentally make up lyrics and I don't always realize it until someone corrects me. Anyway, I didn't it would be a big problem because there were enough of us that I could get away with singing quietly if I didn't know all the right words. When we started "Joy to the World", I totally wasn't thinking, but I knew I knew the words to this one, so I started singing louder. We got to "let every heart, prepare him --" and not thinking, I didn't sing "room", I sang "vegetables!" I hadn't done that since I was like four years old!

On New Year's Eve, I went to my friend's house with a bunch of people from school. We'd been playing lots of fun games and eating way too much candy! My crush, who's a pretty good friend of mine, was watching the Times Square performances on TV with me, and I really hoped he'd kiss me when the clock hit midnight! At 11:58, he asked me if I wanted a kiss! I was like "yeah, definitely! I was waiting for you to ask me!" He disappeared, which I thought was kind of weird, but he got back just in time for "3, 2, 1, Happy New Year!" I puckered up and closed my eyes, but nothing happened! I opened my eyes when my crush tapped me and he said "here's the kiss you asked for!" and handed me a chocolate kiss! I was so crushed and totally embarrassed that he didn't actually mean he wanted to kiss me! What a way to start off the new year!

When I woke up the other day, we had like five inches of snow on the ground! I have these old snowpants that are a pair of snowpants and a winter coat all in one. It's basically a giant, bright purple onsie that my grandma gave me in fourth grade. I only wear it when I shovel my yard because it's really warm and no one ever drives down my street. I was outside shoveling in my onesie and all of a sudden I heard the plow! I got so excited, because that meant we weren't snowed in all weekend! But I didn't realize the high school quarterback was the one driving the truck!

Looks like we finally know who Taylor Swift wrote her tune, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" about -- well, at least one person thinks so! Taylor has us cracking up in this brand new VMA promo with the show's host, comedian Kevin Hart. Kevin seems to think "Never Ever" is about him...but Tay Tay's not too sure.

Right before school starts, our soccer team practices every day for hours and hours. Gotta say- I loooove my school because our team is co-ed, especially because I get to play on the team with my crush. He's a few years older, so being a freshman, it's great to have a situation where we get to hang out since we don't really have classes together. A different freshman brings the snacks every Wednesday, and it was finally my day. I brought some Go-Gurt in a bunch of flavors. I was handing them out when I was about to give my crush one. I'd already opened my own Go-Gurt and I was in the middle of eating it while giving them out to everyone else. Bad idea! When my crush came over I accidentally squirted him covering his jersey with pink goo. It was so gross. I felt terrible, I couldn't even bring myself to talk to him the rest of practice!
