Do you remember the first time you ever saw your best friend? What did you guys say to each other? What were your first impressions of her?

In a new interview with Just Jared Jr., Sam & Cat's Jennette McCurdy reveals what went down the first time she met her current BFF (and co-star!), Ariana Grande.

"I thought Ariana was so fun and so friendly to people," she explained. "It was at a promo shoot and Nathan [Kress] and I were hanging out, and she came right over, gave us hugs, and was like, 'Hi! I watch iCarly.' I told her I looked up one of her songs, 'Stick Around,' I told her she had an amazing voice. We started talking about iCarly and we found out we have the same birthday, we were singing 'Jingle Bells' together. It was good memories."

Well, not entirely good memories: "You called Nathan and I 'babies,'" Jennette added.

Don't worry, Ariana was prepared to explain herself. "That was my thing back then," she said. "I called everyone 'babies.' Like, 'Oh my god, that's babies.' It made no sense, but at 14, that was like the cool thing to me."

So, we totes have been lovin' Ariana Grande's brunette hair lately, but turns out she's going back to being a redhead tomorrow!

She tweeted: "Gonna be a redhead again on Tuesday. Can't wait to start shooting Sam & Cat at the end of the month" along with the pic above.

So, now we learned TWO new things about Ari: her soon to be new hair makeover and that she'll be filming in these last weeks of Jan.!
