Last night Kendall and Kylie Jenner visited the Children's Hospital in LA to spread some holiday cheer to patients and help light the tree!

Kylie tweeted: "So excited to go down and visit the children's hospital again tonight xx... That's what Christmas is all about!"

Her sis Kendall also tweeted: "On my way to Children's Hospital LA to visit all my little angels and light up the Christmas tree!"

In addition, she posted the photo above of her and Kylie with a patient along with the caption: "Special night at Children's Hospital LA."
