Hey M girls!

Ever wonder how you can get a perfectly white smile like your fave celeb? Well, we're giving you the best tips on how to get your teeth whiter, without spending money on expensive teeth whitening procedures or kits at the store!

Tips for Whiter Teeth:

- Brush at least twice a day, and if you can, after every meal.
- Chew sugarless gum after eating. This helps prevent staining!
- Avoid carbonated drinks, like soda. They're highly acidic and only make your teeth look older! Eww!
- Don't bite your nails. You're also chipping away at your teeth!
- Drink through a straw to better avoid discoloring.
- Eat high-fiber foods such as apples, broccoli, lettuce and carrots. They act as exfoliates for your teeth, removing stains before they can set in!
- Don't smoke! DUH!
- Rub an orange peel directly on your teeth. It's a natural whitener!
- Drink lots of water! This rinses away any food and residue.

Remember: You won't see results right away, but keep at it and you'll go back to school with an irresistible smile!

Hey M girls!

We're pumped here at the office because Ashley Tisdale's new single "It's Alright, It's OK" is coming out tomorrow! We've been super-excited for its release since Ash stopped by a couple weeks ago to tell us all about it!

Ash's new song deals with getting over a breakup, and what timing! Ash was dating V Factory cutie Jared Murillo, but the two just recently decided to end things.

Talking about "It's Alright, It's OK," Ash told M, "I'm a big fan of break up songs. This song has a great message that when you're going through relationship problems and you feel like it's the end of the world, "It's Alright, It's OK" is saying that you will move on and you'll be fine."

It's the M staff with Ash!

Hey M Girls!

OMG -- we just had one of the coolest chicas ever right here in our office -- Miss Ashley Tisdale herself! She was looking super-trendy in her bright blue dress and spilled to M Editor Sarah all about her upcoming CD Guilty Pleasure! It hits in June and Ash describes her rockin' new sound as "being inspired by Kelly Clarkson and the band Boys Like Girls!" Awesome!

Ashley also dished to us about her LOL story involving Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson! Ashley's friend, actress Brittany Snow, introduced Ash to him at a Vanity Fair photo shoot, but Ash didn't even recognize him! "I didn't realize who he was because Brittany had just introduced him as 'Rob'," she confesses. "He was actually super-shy!" Talk about a funny celeb encounter, but she's a lucky girl for getting to meet him!

Hey M Girls!

OMG -- Ashley Tisdale is back as Maddie on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody TONIGHT! Yay!!

M caught up with Debby, who exclusively spilled on what it was like to have Miss Tizz back on set! Deb dishes:

"The episode is unbelievable. It's fun and we've got a great set and we've got amazing guest stars in it."

M also asked Deb what it was like to work with Ash, and Deb spilled us the deets! Psst! Debby spills that Ash brought her dog Maui to the set!

"She's so sweet and I loved working with her. It was amazing. I wasn't expecting it to be that fun and it was really cool for the whole cast to get back together."

Aww, sounds like so much fun!! I can't wait to watch it! The episode airs TONIGHT at 8pm on the Disney Channel, so make sure to check it out!!

Hey M Girls!

Did you girls catch the American Music Awards last night?! I watched the entire show with my sister and totes loved it! It was a star-studded night and my fave performance had to be the JoBros! They rocked their song "Tonight" -- and they even took home the award for Breakthrough Artist! OMJ!
