Ever since the finale of Wizards of Waverly Place, we have totally missed catching up with the Russo family and their hysterical antics! Lucky for us, the Russos are back, and things look like they're picking up right where they left off. Since winning the wizard competition, times have been tough for Alex... and they're about to get a whole lot harder as she battles the good and evil versions of herself!

We've got some Wizards of Waverly Place updates for you! Gregg Sulkin recently spilled some deets about the upcoming TV special and what he said made us even more excited to see the flick! Check out his comments below:

"Alex is involved in some sort of spell that makes two Alexes. My character has got more masculine and more English. All of the characters have just grown up. I mean you saw Jake when he was 12 I think and now he's this 17 years old stud! The first day on set felt like we'd been on a really long hiatus. It had been over a year since we finished the show, but looking back on it, it felt like 2 weeks. The friendships are so strong and the dynamics are so strong between everyone that it was just a pleasure to slip the shoes back on and get back into it."

We recently announced that the Wizards of Waverly Place cast is reuniting for a very special hour-long episode -- and filming has finally started up! Selena Gomez is thrilled to return to her Disney family -- minus David Henrie, who will unfortch not be featured in the episode due to scheduling problems (we know, we cannot imagine Wizards without Justin, either :()

Since returning to set, Sel has excitedly shared pics on Twitter of her and her castmates!

Here she is with on-screen little bro, Jake Austin. She wrote on Facebook: "Feels so good to be home... Love my cast SO freaking much. Always make me smile."

And, here's a twit-pic of Sel with her Wizards bestie, Jennifer Stone!

We cannot wait until the special airs in early 2013 on Disney!

We've been missing David Henrie ever since Wizards ended earlier this month, so we're super-excited to hear his voice in the upcoming animated Disney flick, The Secret World of Arrietty!

The film, which also stars Good Luck Charlie's Bridgit Mendler, tells the story about a tiny girl named Arrietty who "borrows" small objects from people in order to survive.
