As we reflect back on the year of 2012, we think of all the amazing songs that were produced this year -- and of course, we have some faves!

Three of them made the top five most watched music videos of 2012 on YouTube's VEVO -- we bet you can guess who!

Yep, Carly Rae Jepsen topped the charts for her "Call Me Maybe" vid:

Coming in second place was One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful."

And in fifth place was "Boyfriend" by Justin Bieber!

Looks like Justin's prank paid off! His brand-new music video with Nicki Minaj, "Beauty and A Beat" has broken the VEVO record for most views in 24 hours.

VEVO's official twitter account tweeted out the good news saying "#Beliebers & #Barbz, congrats! This record is yours! http://vevo.ly/SOZ3HW #BAAB24hrRecord @justinbieber @NICKIMINAJ 10.6MILLION RT!"

Over 10 million views in one day?! Congrats JB! And how is Justin celebrating the news? By replying to his loyal Beliebers on twitter -- so sweet of him!

The One Direction boys have hit another milestone! VEVO confirmed that 1D's "Live While We're Young" had more views in a 24-hour period than Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" music video!

Vevo announced: "After counting/re-counting all the @VEVO numbers, happy to say @OneDirection broke Bieber's 24hr record w/ 8.24 Million views!! #LWWYonVEVO."

Ever wished that Demi Lovato could serenade you in your own home? Well now she can...sort of! Dem just released an intimate concert performance, and when we watched it here in the M office it almost felt like she was performing just for us -- LOL!

In the vid, Dem sings some of her biggest hits including "Give Your Heart a Break", "Don't Forget" and "Skyscraper"!

You've got to watch this vid! VEVO just posted 1D's "More Than This" performance from the upcoming Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD -- check it out below!

WOW! We'll be replaying that for the rest of the night -- LOL! The Live Tour DVD will be out May 29 -- M was able to watch a screening of it last night in NYC (check out our tweets about it here!), and we def can't wait to see it again!
