Hey M Girls-

The wait is finally over -- So Random is premiering tonight on Disney Channel at 8:30 PM/EST! We've been missing the funny crew since Sonny With A Chance went off the air and can't wait to check out the new take on the show. Besides Demi being gone, one of the biggest changes is Sterling Knight joining the So Random cast. We hung with Sterling recently and he had this to say about what to expect when you tune in tonight:

M: How does Chad work his way into the So Random mix?
Sterling: "He's got two jobs now. He's still doing Mackenzie Falls and also So Random. It's going to be really fun. It's lots of ridiculous sketches and costumes and accents and just hilarity."

M: How does it feel to be part of the gang now instead of So Random's enemy?
Sterling: It's nice to not be on camera pretending to hate all of the people I work with and love so much. But, also, I think it's been cool to watch Chad kind of grow up and mature over the past few years."

M: How did the cast adjust to not having Demi there?
Sterling: "With the whole Demi thing, we all wish her the best and we're really glad that she's doing what she needs to do for her, but it was really cool for us because it really provided a fresh start. Everybody got to come in and have a new energy and come with their 'A game' and push ourselves to come up with good, funny stuff."

Demi and Joe are definitely working on another project together, and it's not a secret anymore!

Sterling Knight recently said in an interview that Joe Jonas will be guest-starring on Sonny With a Chance for a special holiday episode!

"It's going to be a big deal," Sterling spilled.

With their concert tour and now this episode, these two sure are spending a lot of time together!

The brand new Disney Channel original movie StarStruck starring Sterling Knight premieres February 14th at 8/7c on the Disney Channel! Here are the deets on the movie.

StarStruck follows Hollywood pop star Christopher Wilde (played by Sterling) after he meets a down-to-earth girl from the Midwest named Jessica Olson (played by Danielle Campbell). Watch what happens when Christopher is faced with a huge dilemma: following the feeling deep in his heart or doing whatever it takes to move his Hollywood dream forward.

I'm going to high school next year and there are some mean girls at my school now who are going with me. How do I avoid them?

And Sterling's answer is:
"I've totally felt bullied before. It's a horrible thing and there's no way to get around it. It was probably the worst part of my school experience. It's so much easier to make yourself feel confident and secure by putting other people down. It's not the prettiest reality of it, but that's the truth. It's not worth getting upset over. I used to cry because I was so depressed and I didn't know what I was doing wrong to deserve being bullied like that. Eventually, I realized that people who bully are not worth my time. Sure enough, a couple years have passed since then and those people who really put me through the rough part of my life are not doing well now! And there's a reason for that. They spent too much time putting other people down and they never grew out of that immature stage. It's important to know that it's not worth it to be really upset. In the end, you will have the last laugh!"

Sunday night is going to be awesome! Not only is Selena guest starring on Sonny With a Chance, but JB's also premiering their new music video for Fly With Me!

First off on Sonny, the episode is titled "Battle of the Networks' Stars", and Chad (Sterling Knight) hires Selena to play Sonny (Demi) in a movie he's producing! So Selena gets to play Demi for one day -- how fun! Make sure to catch it June 7 at 8:30 pm ET/PT on Disney!

And JB's new video for their song "Fly With Me" that you might've heard if you watched Night at the Museum 2 will also hit Sunday on the Disney Channel! Woohoo!

Woo hoo -- Zac Efron is back on the big screen with his hit flick, 17 Again, hitting theaters TONIGHT! The M Editors got to (luckily!) watch the flick already and we were total fans -- we fell in love with Zac more and have a new hawtie to swoon over -- Sterling Knight!
