On Friday night, celebs like Taylor Swift and Gabby Douglas dedicated their evenings to one cause -- raising money to fight cancer at the 2012 Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon in LA. At the event, Taylor debuted her new, emotional single, "Ronan" which was co-written by a mother who sadly lost her four-year-old son, Ronan to cancer.

The song hit iTunes that night, and Taylor is donating all proceeds to cancer-related charities. Watch Tay perform the heartbreaking tune here:

Tonight, tons of stars are teaming up for "Stand Up to Cancer" televised telethon (check local listings -- it's airing on all major network channels at 8 pm EST), and Taylor Swift will actually be debuting a brand new song! According to reports, Tay will be singing a new song titled "Ronan" that's dedicated to a 3-year old boy, Ronan, who sadly died last year of neuroblastoma, a type of cancer. Tay wrote the song after reading a blog written by Ronan's mother.

After the telethon, the new track will be available on iTunes with all proceeds going to cancer-related charities. That's so sweet of Tay.
