Hey M girls!
Penn Badgley recently showed up to an event in Florida sporting a much scruffier look. He's ditched his clean cut/good boy/Dan Humphrey style, but Penn doesn't seem to pull off the "I just rolled outta bed" look as well as our fave vampire, RPatz. Sorry, Penn, but this is a hot -- and hairy -- mess!
