A few months ago, we told you guys that American Idol runner up Jessica Sanchez was in talks to join Glee. Now we can confirm that Jess will officially become a Gleek! While there's no word on what Jessica's role will be, show creator Ryan Murphy tweeted "Michael Ausiello broke news of Jessica Sanchez on Glee. With voices like Jessica, Lea, Naya, Melissa, Amber, and Jenna...Streisand episode?" Very, very interesting!
We are so excited to get to see Jessica back on our TV screens! With such an amazing voice, we can't wait to hear what songs she'll cover!

Last night, Idol's top five contestants wowed us with their vocal chops! But sadly, one of them will be sent home on tonight's result show. Who will it be: Powerhouse Jessica Sanchez? Country chica Skylar Laine? Underdog Hollie Cavanagh? Soulful Joshua Ledet? Or cutie Phil Phillips? We'll find out tonight, but we wanna see if M girls can make the right prediction!

Once you get down to the top seven Idol contestants, each elimination is extra hard -- but no one was expecting what happened last night! Yup, it was revealed that singing sensation Jessica Sanchez received the lowest amount of votes and had to sing to stay in the competition! However, when Jessica started belting out her song, the judges furiously stormed onto the stage and told her to sit down because they were saving her from elimination. In fact, Randy Jackson even said that she is, "One of the best singers in America." Wowza!
