After Camp Rock 2 co-stars and famed exes Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato both performed at the WNOU Santa Slam last night, excited fans took to Twitter and "Jemi" was trending worldwide -- wowza! Although some fans want these two to start dating again, Demi and Joe are just friends (for now!). Check out their friendly tweets to each other:

Hey M Girls!

New Jemi news! First, the pair re-connected on Twitter after winning a "Do Something - Charity Song" for their duet, "Make A Wave" at the Do Something awards. Then, just this weekend, when the exes and former best friends finally came face to face on the VMA red-carpet, they happily posed for pictures together, and took to catching up!

In a recent radio interview, Joe dished about how much he enjoyed seeing Demi at the VMAs:
"She's really sweet. I got to see her and we got to catch up a little bit on the carpet. We're going to try and find another time and not in all the craziness of the red carpet to be able to catch up. I'm happy to see that she's doing well and it was good to see her again."
