We just love, love, love celebrating Valentine's Day! Do you have any fun plans for today? Whether you're spending the day with a special someone, or a group of your gal pals, some of our fave celeb cuties are sharing their best memories, and advice, only with you -- swoon!

Conor Maynard can't say no to a sentimental gift on February 14. His told us "she left a little note under my door and it was just a really nice note I got to read and it was like a whole page and she put a lot of time into it. That was pretty cool."

Cutie Austin Mahone told us he looks forward to Valentine's Day because he loves the candy! When it comes to gifts, his advice is to keep it simple, saying "you could buy roses and then attach your name to it, and then send it to that person."

Ever the gentleman, Cody Simpson wants to make sure none of his Angels are alone today! He told us "I love every single one of my fans so much, so why don't we all share this Valentine's Day together?"

Now that the Grammy nominations are out, celebs across the twitter-verse are giving their reactions to the Grammy hits...and misses! Find out who was pumped about the nods and who was bummed about the snubs below:

Six-time Grammy winner already, Taylor Swift tweeted:
"Honored to also be nominated for 2 Grammys with @thecivilwars for 'Safe and Sound' on @TheHungerGames soundtrack. Unreal! #GrammyNomination"

Carly Rae Jepsen tweeted her excitement after her smash "Call Me Maybe" received two nominations:
"Over the moon excited. Two @TheGRAMMYs nominations!!! Extremely thankful. <3"

Country cutie Hunter Hayes tweeted about his first nominations:
"Still celebrating with the team. Cannot tell you all how excited I am and how honored I am to get THREE nominations tonight. UNREAL! :D"

Ed Sheeran tweeted how happy he was saying:
"A team. A song I wrote with no home, no money, anything, nominated or best record at the Grammys. A dream come true. Ecstatic xxx"

Justin Bieber's Grammy snub def had a couple Beliebers upset -- and even some celebs!

Ariana Grande tweeted:
"Just saw the Grammy nominations. Disappointed that Justin wasn't nominated."

JB's manager Scooter Braun tweeted his anger:
"this time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain DISAGREE. The kid deserved it. Grammy board u blew it on this one."

One Direction's boss, Simon Cowell felt differently after hearing the boys weren't nominated. He said:
"You know what's more important? Fans, record sales. Maybe next year they'll get something. Trust me, they're not complaining."

Love that the 1D guys are holding their heads high!

We were so excited to hang out with Hunter Hayes when he visited our office this week. Not only is this country cutie super-talented, but he's also one of the sweetest guys we have ever met! Hunter had a lot to talk to us about while he was here -- his hit single "Wanted" just went platinum and he's hitting the road with Carrie Underwood in just a few weeks! If it seems like Tay Tay is constantly being nominated for big awards, that's 'cause it's true! Just this morning, Taylor received three CMT (Country Music Television) Music Awards nominations.

Ms. Swift was nominated for Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year for her "Safe & Sound" vid with the Civil Wars, as well as Female Video of the Year for "Ours"!

Of course, Taylor wasn't the only country cutie to rack up noms. Carrie Underwood received the most, with a whopping five nominations, while Lauren Alaina, Scotty McCreery and Hunter Hayes all received a nod in the same category -- Breakthrough Video of the Year! Congrats to all of these amazing singers!

Two of our fave country cuties, Scotty McCreery and Hunter Hayes are battling it out for one very big award: The Academy of Country Music Awards' New Artist of the Year! The two are nominated with Brantley Gilbert and the fan voting opens on March 19. Cool!

We talked to Hunter the day the nominees were announced, and he was stoked. "I'm in shock," he told M. "A surprise is the best way to put it. You hope for things like this, but you never really know how to prepare for it. It's an honor. It's awesome. If I won, it'd be out of control!"

Congrats to both Hunter and Scotty for being nominated! The award show will air Sunday, April 1 at 8 PM.

Victoria Justice is going to take on the duet with country singer Hunter Hayes (who's been one of Taylor Swift's opening acts during her Speak Now tour!) for the new movie.
