Hey M Girls,

Yesterday, Selena Gomez started the week on a bummer when she spent the day in an LA Emergency Room. After struggling with a severe sore throat, Sel ended a studio recording session early and decided to visit the hospital to get tested for strep throat. Unfortch, Selena isn't the only person in her fam who has been feeling under the weather -- her stepfather Brian has been suffering from a case of Bronchitis recently :(.

While Selena got the strep tests done yesterday, she won't find out the results for a few days more! We're sending over lots of love and get well wishes to Selena -- leave your own in the comments below!

This week, Niall Horan treated Directioners to a special one-hour twitcam session. In the vid, Niall revealed to fans that he's been struggling with a sore knee, leaving peeps feeling super-worried about the Irish cutie!

Well this morning, Niall revealed that he'll need to go to the hospital to take care of his injury. He tweeted: "Ya know the way I always had a bad knee, added to it playin ball the other day! Its messed up now! Operation time." Fortunately, Niall will be able to wait until after One Direction's world tour to get it taken care of. He wrote that he'll get the operation, "Whenever I have time, coz I need about 2.5 months rehab for it. It won't be until the end of world tour, I'd imagine!" Aww, poor Nialler!
