As you know, Demi and Joe have a super-long past together -- the two were best friends when they starred in the Camp Rock flicks together and then even dated before the Camp Rock 2 tour kicked off. They broke up before Demi seeked help at a treatment center, and the two unfortch weren't seen out together or even talking to Twitter...until now!

Just last night, these two re-connected on Twitter when it was revealed that they won an award for Charity Song at the 2011 Do Something Awards for their duet "Make A Wave."

Demi Lovato's 19th birthday is August 20th. Dem's already celebrating a major comeback, the success of her hit single "Skyscraper", and finishing up an ultra-personal album...so what does she want next? With all that hard work, Dem def deserves to treat herself to something fun for her b-day party tonight, and yesterday, she tweeted to share what she wants... "Woo! Getting my hair done just in time for my party tomorrow.. Should I change it?? :)" A haircut? Sounds fun!

There's been lots of talk about Demi's upcoming CD, Unbroken, out September 20th. The biggest buzz surrounding the album focuses on who Demi could be performing a duet with on the CD. When we saw Justin Bieber at the Teen Choice Awards, he busted the rumor that he and Dem would be singing together on Unbroken. (Watch the video here.) BUT when it comes to the gossip that Demi might want to sing with her longtime bestie Selena, well, it looks like it could be true! Demi just spilled in an interview:

"I would love to do a duet with Selena in the future!"

Hmmm, we're thinking that potential song prob won't end up on Dem's new CD. BUT, we're hopeful to hear it on her next!

Demi and Miley's close bond has always been one of our fave Hollywood friendships -- we love when fellow stars support each other! But since we haven't seen Demi and Mi spotted out together and they haven't tweeted each other, we worried that these two had a falling out. But no worries -- Demi assures fans that her and Mi are still close buds! Dem recently reveled in a radio station interview, "I just spent the other night with her the other night, she's still a really good friend of mine! We still have fun together."

And when asked if she'd work on music with Miley, Demi replied:
"I haven't worked together with her on music. It's all friendship. I don't really incorporate business in my friendships...I don't have a duet with Selena, you know, now, or Miley or anything like that. I like to keep it separate."
