This question is for Alyson Stoner if she can answer it. Sometimes do you feel insecure about how your body looks and how developed other girls are than you sometimes, I feel like that sometimes and I try to be confident but sometimes even my best friend will remind me about how not fully I am. Any advice?
And Alyson's answer is:
"I think more importantly than let's say, how you feel in a bathing suit, is having a healthy perspective on body image in general. And a lot of girls are uncomfortable talking to their parents about this topic, but sometimes it can help to answer some questions they are having. Just remember to love yourself no matter what and to have confidence."
Well said, Alyson. Here's the thing M Girls, it's taken me (M Editor Sarah) many, many years to figure this out, but stressing over every little flaw you think is wrong with your body is such a waste of time! There is no such thing as being perfect, and if you can learn to accept yourself for the way you look and find things to love about yourself, that confidence will shine through to everyone you meet. This may sound cheesey, but honestly, you're all beautiful in your own unique way, so OWN IT!
