They're super-cute when you really wanna glam it up, but we think Fergie took this fad one step too far! The cut outs totally take away from her short sparkly dress, and make her show too much skin. The 2nd picture, that Kris Allen was thinking, "What in the world Paula! I'm the one who won American idol, shouldn't I be the one getting the kiss?" and in the 3rd pic, Carrie was thinking, "Eww. I just saw Paris Hilton wearing the ugliest outfit! That is so no hot!" LOL!!!

What a fun weekend! We spent Saturday at Z100's Zootopia concert and hung out backstage with Ciara, Flo Rida, Jesse McCartney, The All-American Rejects, Black Eyed Peas, Soulja Boy, and Kelly Clarkson! Taylor Momsen also swung by and didja know she's in a band called Pretty Reckless? She told us that she loves both acting and music so much that she couldn't pick a favorite!
