We all know Justin Bieber has a huge heart, especially after his sweet tribute to Avalanna Routh.

Well, the Biebs made another fan's dream come true when he visited 18-year-old cancer patient, Crystal Amber Montgomery at a hospital in Canada yesterday. After receiving this message on Facebook from Crystal's friend, JB took time out of his busy schedule for the visit: "It would mean the world to Crystal if you stopped even five minutes to see her, since she is too sick to leave the hospital and attend the concert like her and I had originally planned."

He spent the day with her and posted this pic on Twitter with a hashtag, "#bieberforcrystal." We love how amazing and supportive he is of all of his fans!

Hey M Girls,

After we told you the sad news that Avalanna Routh, aka Mrs. Bieber had passed away and how Justin was dealing, Justin Bieber made sure to include her in his opening night of his Believe tour. During "One Less Lonely Girl", instead of pulling a fan up on stage to sing with her, Justin chose Avalanna Routh from heaven. While he sang, a touching video tribute played above him. Here's the video:

After the show, Justin tweeted: "Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u."

So sweet.

M is saddened to hear that Avalanna Routh, aka "Mrs. Bieber" who Justin Bieber spent a lot of time visiting and talking with,, has sadly passed away. A message was posted on her Twitter that read: "Our darling Avalanna went to Heaven this morning. Oh Avalanna, the brightest star - you took our hearts with you, our greatest Love."

Justin hasn't tweeted anything yet, but over the past few months, he had become close with 6-year old Avalanna, who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and called herself Justin's biggest fan. In fact, just three months ago, Justin met up with Avalanna and spent time with her on The TODAY show. See the sweet clip below:

UPDATE: Justin tweeted about the news: "just got the worst news ever. one of the greatest spirits i have ever known is gone. please pray for her family and for her. RIP Avalanna. i love you. Please show respect to her and her family. say a prayer for her and for them. i miss her."

Hey M Girls!

While Justin was having a blast in NYC with GF Selena, he also had something very sweet planned for one very special fan. Avalanna Routh, a 6-year-old who is suffering from a rare form of cancer, is a huge fan of Justin and has been hoping to meet him. Her parents started a Facebook page to explain her story, and Avalanna loves JB so much that she even calls herself "Mrs. Bieber" and refers to Justin as her husband. Aw! When Justin heard about Avalanna, he knew he had to do something. So while in NY, he arranged for her and her family to fly to NY to meet him (they're from Masschusetts). Justin and Avalanna had a ton of fun together -- playing a board game, laughing, and Justin even kissed her on the cheek and gave her big hugs. After the meeting, JB was feeling inspired as ever. Check out his tweets and the pic he tweeted:
