M Reader Mrs.TL asked:
There is this amazingly cute boy in my geometry class. I've known him since last year and we got to be very close friends. He would always tell me how pretty I was or how cute I looked in a certain outfit. Then I found out he has a girlfriend who is super cute-- but I still like him! So today I asked him if he liked me and he said, "I don't like you get out of my face." I burst into tears and am still very upset. I don't know how to handle this. Any advice?
And Ashlee's answer is:
"Be strong and to never let guys affect who you are as a person. I think when you get your heart broken, the best thing to do is to go write, paint, go dance -- just let anything out by doing something instead of just sitting there and feeling sorry for yourself. Go do something about it!"
