M's New Daily Celeb Advice Column!

adrienne:amanda schwab.jpgHey M Girls!

We have a BRAND NEW celeb advice column on mmm-mag.com. Each day at 8:00 PM/EST we'll post a reader question and have a different star answer it!! Today, we have Adrienne Bailon talking friends talking behind your back!

M Reader Sunbird220 asked:
My friends talk about me behind my back all the time. We've been fighting about it for months. How do I fix this?

And Adrienne's answer is:
"Growing up I had some girlfriends who were not so nice to me, especially after I got into the industry. Some of them liked to make it seem like I thought I was the prettiest and the most talented -- when I never did! I think they wanted to put their own thoughts on me depending on how they felt at the time. But you can't let that affect you. You're better than that! Friends who talk behind your back aren't friends at all!"

Don't forget to check back here tomorrow for more celeb advice. And if you've got a question you want a star's help with click here to submit it!

Hey M girls!

Friendship bracelets are making a huge comeback right now. What's not to love? These bracelets are a great way to bond with your BFFs and they add a little spice to your wrist!

Here's how to make your own bracelet at home!

1. Using two colors of string (for example, pink and blue), cut three strands of each color at the same length (approximately 28-30 inches long) and tie them together at the end. (TIP: Leave 2 inches of slack to later tie to wrist.)

2. Grab all three strings of one color--say, pink--and tie them around the three blue strings, making a knot. Next, tie the three blue strings in a knot around the pink. (Make sure to pull the knots so they reach each previous knot!)

3. Repeat steps, alternating knot colors until desired length!

EZ TIP: Tape the slack at the end of your bracelet to a hard service to make braiding/knotting easier!

Let's dish:
